I'm looking forward to my date night this weekend.... me and Wegmans. Time to get all the food I will need to start eating correctly. Five meals a day - five good meals a day that is. I have it broken out in a spreadsheet - what I will eat and what/when I will work out. I'm looking forward to it actually. I kinda just ate whatever this week - yes I know BAD DENISE. What can I say it was a long short stressful week. Work was something this week.
So more to come - I'm ready!!!
