Uggg... I ate so bad yesterday I don't know if I even want to put it in writing....
Breakfast - nothing (well cup of coffee)
Lunch - some chicken wing dip - yea I know the worst thing for me - might as well took that cream cheese and put it right to my hips.
Dinner - pizza (Zachary wanted it)
Snack - Celery
Water - I might have had maybe 5 glasses
Yesterday was a holiday - and totally didn't count. I had to celebrate Columbus day. :)~
Today - back to the grind - I will be going through and cleaning out the cupboards of all the junk - granted I don't think we have much junk.. but if we do its gone. Grocery list has been started and will be getting that stuff tomorrow - and the Shakeology order will be going in on Friday for some shakes. I really really liked them and the way they made me feel.... plus its an easy bfast.
