Told my coach to give me a walk up text at 6am and she did..... shes awesome!!!
So dragged myself out of bed and down stairs to workout to my INSANITY workout..... what happened next was Sean T and I fighting over what to do... he wanted me to push push push and I wanted to sleep sleep sleep. You kniow you aren't getting alot of your workout if you yawn as you are working out... so I kept going and tried to push myself but couldn't - I JUST QUIT... yes how awful. I figured that INSANITY might not be for me in month 1 of the challenge. So i have decided to switch it up and will start a new work out tomorrow... sorry Sean T but don't worry you wll see me again soon.
Bfast - shake (mmmm)
Meal 2 - 1 cup 1% cottage cheese with whole grain ceral - I chose fiber one
Meal 3 - soup - not good but not bad either
Meal 4 - greek yogert again with fruit
Meal 5 - small piece of steak with broccoli
Water - yea well working on that too....
still have the head ache....
so missy your having a tuff go of it huh? I can so relate. glad to see your switching things up and not throwing in the towel. I haven't seen you in a while I bet there is a big difference in how you look. we need to get together soon....maybe we can make it a workout visit. keep up the good work!
