Day 2:
Zero motivation to work out...
Bfast - had my shakeology shake - which I just love. Best meal of my day. I tend to have the shakes for bfast just because its easier - I don't have time to make anything and well I like the way it gets my morning goin.
Meal 2 - Greek yogert w/ fruit - man that is some thick yogert - wow!!! But with the fruit its not so bad.
Meal 3 - can't remember now - but it was healthy I'm sure of it.
Meal 4 - 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese with cucumbers
Dinner - Chicken and peas
Still don't have energy and motivation - however I think that is because of all the other things going on right now - grandfather is in the hospital (not doing well at all), my dad's health isn't great either and had some scares with him, my college course I am taking is TONS of work, and trying to plan my wedding.... and not drink any wine through this whoel thing is a test of my ability.....
I have had this headache in the back of my neck for three days now - its not helping but trying to work through it as well...
